Supervisor Smith expresses the opinion that the thing would be about as serious as a revision of the tariff, and another supervisor, who Is understood to want the tariff revised, says that a revision of the tariff would be much easier. The supervisors have found the drainage ditch business about the most exacting and the most perplexing that they are called upon to perform.
