McDougall, Esq., a Justice of the Peace in and for said county, a negro man, who said bis name wasih5itkieisidofr.[j3fANDREW,but since says that it isRANDALL,and that he belongs to the est, of A. Ham-berlin, deceased, of Jefferson county,Said negro is a yellow mulatto, about 40 years old, 5 feet 6 inches high, lame in theright hip, and has a scar over the right eye.e had on when committed, old Lowell shirt and pants, green blanket coat, sati-nett vest and double hat, inside straw and outside fur.The owner of the above described ne-gro is hereby notified to come forward, prove property, pay charges, and take him away, or he will be dealt with according to law.
