IS.iteis:E.ed-ncnbelotbeedithtieS.30 i7.lieheol-ntemdNOTICE.IN pursuance of an order of Sale of theProbate Court of Carroll County, I advertised the following described tract of land, to be sold on the premises, on Saturday the 25th instant; another advertisement was published for the sale on this day and on Saturday, I postponed the sale until this day, and there being a want of sufficient bidders, I have postponed the sale to take place on Wednesday the 27th day of December next, at Carrollton, when and where I will sell to the highest bidder on a credit of one two, and three years, equal instalments, Section 23, the South west quarter, and the South half of the North-west quarter, of Section 24—the North-west quarter, of Section 26,—the north-east quarter of Section 27—and the East-half of Sectiou 22, all in Township 21, Range two, East. Thia Tract joins Stephen D. Miller’s Oldham tract on the South, and Pettrco-cow-a creekruns through it, for two and a half miles. It has a fine Mill Seat, at the point where the creek enters the valley; the stream \* capable of carrying a Saw and Grist Mill, all the year: It is the Riley Reserve, and is considered not inferior to any tract in th« Yaaoo or Yalobaaba Valley.
