INSTALLED PRESIDENT - At a joint meeting of the Southern California Association of Finger Print Officers and the Southern California Association of Record Supervisors, hosted by the Inglewood Police Department at the Potrero House, Lt. 3.G. Hendricks of the LaVerne Police Dept, left above, was installed president of the SCAFO of the year 1970 by Lt. Robert Zippel, outgoing president, above at right, with the assistance of Capt. Robert Luxembourger of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. In center in above photo is Lt. Ray Jones of the Inglewood Police Department.
