EDINBURG — Matias Franco, Pharr, was sentenced to 12 years in prison here Wednesday by Dis trict Judge Bryce Ferguson when he pleaded guilty to a charge of burglary. He was charged with burglarizing the H. B. Goldberg store in Pharr Nov. 9. Aristeo Aguiara, McAllen, was sentenced to two years for forgery of an $11.73 check. He pleaded guilty to having forged the name of Sam Lack to the instrument. Horacio Trevino, McAllen, was sentenced to two years for burg lary. He pleaded guilty to a charge of burglarizing the home of J. S. Pullin at Pharr on July 11. A three year suspended sentence was given Narciso Ranger, McAllen, charged with burglarizing the resi dence of R. E. Frisby in McAllen in August.
