DEMURRER FILED.Acting for the defendant in the case of J. B Clarke et al. the Jefferson Township Board of Education, G. P. Thorpe, local attorney, filed a demurrer Saturday, to the petition recently filed by the plaintiff. The demurrer in general in its nature, setting forth the allegation that the plaintiffs do not have cause of action.The case is the one growing out of the school question in that township. The plaintiffs in the case are asking that the ^Joard of Education proceed to build the school-house. The answer of the defendant Is the demurrer to the petition.
