Execution No. 6132.gHERIFF'S BALE.By virtue of an execution to me directed from the Clerk of the Sullivan Circuit Court in favor of Charles T. Akin, et ai,, and against George W. Davidson, I will expose for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder, onMONDAY, JANUARY 3,1887.between the hours of 10 o'clock a. m. and 4 o'clock p. m. of said day, at the door of the Court House of Sullivan County, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the following described real estate, situated in Sullivan county, Indiana, to-wit:The northeast fraefcionalquarterofthesouth fractional section four, in township six north, of range nine west, containing seventy acres. Also forty acres, more or less, being part of Richard E. Harper’s one hundred and fifty acre tract, in fractional section three, in township six north, of range nine west, and bounded as follows: Beginning at the southwestcorner of said Harper's tract, in fractional section three, thence south seventy-seven and one-half degrees east with boundary lines of said tract eighty-four rods to a stone standing on the bank of Busseron creek, thence up said creek to the place where the said Harper’s west line crosses said creek, thence south with said line to the beginning. Also all that part or parcel of the east half of the southeast fractional quarter of the south fractional section four (4), in township six north, of range nine west, that lies on the north or northwest side of Busseron creek supposed to be thirty acres more or less, in all the above described tracts of land supposed to contain one hundred and forty acres more or less. Also the following tract of land in the same county, township and range, to-wit : Commencing at the point where the line dividing sections three and four (4) crosses the Indiana boundry line and running thence along said lino 71}£ degrees west six chains and fifty links, thence north fifteen degrees, .east four chains and fifty links, thence east five chains to the section line aforesaid, thence south six chains and twenty-five links to the place of beginning, estimated to contain three acres, more or less. Levied upon as t he property of George W. Davidson to satisfy said writ.And, on failure to realise therefrom, the full amount of the judgment now due, interest thereon and costs, I will, at the same time, and in the manner aforesaid, offer for sale the fee simple or all the. right, title and interest of the defendant of the above described real estate, all without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.LEMUEL H.
