Sheriff's Sale. A virtue of a writ of rendition exponas issued from the Vigo Circuit Court, and to me directed and de livered in favor of Charles Groverman and Thomas J. Bourne, James Johnston, Rufua St. John, Cyrus W- Bish op and John H Burnham‘ and against John Riorden, the interest of the said John Riorden to the following prop erty, having been attached, to wit: Lots numbers four (A,) five (3,) six (6,) twenty three (23,) twenty five (25,) and twenty-six (26,) in Fontaine's addition to the town of Terre- Haute, being the interest of the said John Rior den to the said lande and tenements, I will, on Satur day, the 14th day of December, 1850, at the Court-House door in Terre-Haute within the legal hours of said day, after the rents and profits of said premises, with the ap prtenances thereunto beloncing, for a term of seven yere: and if they should fail to sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said execution, I will then and there offer the interest of the said John Riorden in the fee simple, to the highest bidder, for cash, to satisfy said execution and costs.
