ROOSEVELT ROADS, P.R. (APJ—A US. Navy spokesman Said today that all eight bodies have been recovered from the crash of an Air Force plane into El Yunque Mountain. The spokesman said the bat tered condition of the bodies had led to earlier confusion over how many had been recov ered The bodies will be re turned to Youngstown, Ohio, for identification. The eight men aboard the C119, all from the Youngstown area, were on a training flight from Roosevelt Roads Naval Base to Florida when the crash occurred Saturday. Air Force investigators from Langley Air Force Base in Vie ginia are here to investigate the crash Initial indications were that the plane developed difficutly in its communications system shortly after takeoff and smashed into the mountain while trying to return to Hoos evelt Roads. Weather was bad at the time. The Pennsylvania victims Were: Maj. John H. Balzer, 43, of Beaver Falls; Lt Col. Philip W Mahoney, 49, of Erie, 8S. Set.
