CUMBERLAND NOTESThe social given by the Mutual Improvement association of the L. 8 D. S. Church held in No. 2 Opera I house Saturday night was well attended and enjoyed by all. A short program was rendered and followed by dancing, games and light refreshments.The schools of No. 2 are planning a Christmas tree and program to be held in No. 2 opera house Thursday. The local union is also assisting them financially.All the mines are working full force again.The No. 1 Dramatic Club will present a play at No. 1 Opera House on Christmas eve, to be followed by a social dance.
