It was decided to call the new organization the Woman's club and ‘ omit the wsrd “Civic” from the name, r J though the work they expect to take, a i it is understood, will be of a civic nature.I j The committee* consisting of Mrs.H. T. Irion* Mrs. B. W. Wheelan and f Mrs. Beecher Hitchcock, to frame by-e laws for the organization, made their report and the afternoon was spent lt;ln discussing the different sections proposed. The by-laws as a whole win not be adopted until the next meeting, which will be after Christ-% I mas. It was decided to hold meetings ) j on Mondays* twice a month.At the previous meeting the following officers had been elected:XI President—Mrs. L. B. Brooks.Vice president—Mrs. Myrvin Davfs.
