LEGAL NOTICE. Ike Erasmus Robison, whose place of residence is un known, Nancy Kerr and David M. Kerr, of the State of Indiana, Sarah Jane Cemens and David Cemens, Kansas City, Missouri, will take notice that James H. Sims, Exec utor of the last will and testament of John M. Robinson, de ceased, did on the 2th day of November, A. D. 1864, file his petition in the Probate Court of Van Wert county, O., alleging that the personal estate of said decedent is insuf ficient to pay his debts and charges of administering his es tate, that he die, seized in the simple of the following real estate. situate in the town of Lima, Alten county, Ohio, town ; the east half of the following described premises : Commencing at about fifty feet west of the southeast cor ner of outlet No. nine (1), in Rose subdivision of said east half of the southeast quarter of section twenty-five (25), township three (3), south rupee sinth) east ; thence west fourteen (14) rods and fourteen (14) links;thence north 2d west thirteen (13) rods and fourteen (14) links to the south line of the Railroad ; thence south seventy-seven in one half (772) degrees, east fifteen ( 15) rods and two (2) links: thence south 2d east eleven (11) rods and twenty-one (25) lengths, to the place of beginning, containing one-half acre, more or less. That the aforesaid named parties are residuary special regatees by the will of John M. Robinson in said premises. The prayer of said petition is for the sale of said premises for the payments of the debts and charges aforesaid. Said petition will be for hearing on the 31st day of De cember, A.
