B SHERIFF'S SAEE.Y virtue of an execution issued out of the Floyd Common Pleas Court, directed to the Sheriff of Floyd couuty, in favor of David T. Gunn and against Thomas S. Gunn, 1 will offer for sale, according to law. at the Court House door, in the city of New Albany, in Floyd county, between tho hours of 10 o’clock, A. SI., and 4 o’clock P. SI., on the 7th day of January, 1863, the following described property, to-wit:The undivided one-fifth of the oast half of the south west quarter of section twenty-three (23) south, of range live (5) east, (excepting however ten (10) acres of said tract heretofore conveyed by David Gunn and wife to Matthew Gunn,) in Floyd county, Indiana.1 will first offer the rents and profits for a term of years , not exceeding seven,- should the same not sell for a suffil went sum to satisfy said execution, I will then and there offer the fee simple of said defendant in and to said prem- ' ises.
