MOISE, on Tuesday, the 2d of October, at that airy and commodious residence formerly occupied by the late Madame Prud* homme, Iludson-street, north of the Citadel, and two doors west of Meeting-sireet, well known as one of the most salubrious locations in the city. No pains will be spared in procuring the most competent and efficient Assistants; and Professors will be employed to lecture upon and illustrate the .Sciences, as a complete Chemical and Philosophical Appara lus will be furnished.Every branch comprising a complete course of English w ill be taught.Also, French, Spanish, Italian.
