M. ; IWe the undersigned committee appointed to draft resolutions on the death of Brother M. S. Z. Oswalt, beg leave tosubmit the following:Whereas, on October 8, 1920, it pleased the divine Ruler of HeaventAand Earth to remove from this exist-J. ORAN BROWN,CLAUD HARVEY. FULTON BELL.ence to the one beyound, our beloved Brother, therefore be it reslved:First; That in the loss of Brother Oswalt, this lodge is deprived of the counsel, advice, and help of one of its most loyal, faithful, and charitable members, the town and vicinity ane of its most useful citizens; one who always looked to the upbuilding of thecommunity, and the welfare of thepoor and needy.iSecond; It was a characteristic of Bi other Oswalt to stand by his breth- d ren and friends, both in prosperity f and adversity, always ready ta whisper good counsel in their ears and give substantial aid when needed. Third; That his wife and children have lost a loving and devoted husband and father, always ready and willing to do all in his power for theircomfort and pleasure*Fourth; That these resolutions be spread on the minutes of the lodge and a copy furnished his wife and each of his children.Fraternally submitted,
