SUING FOR POSSESSION OF HOTELMessrs. Van B. Peerin and Eugene4 %Hardendorf have commenced an action in the Steuben circuit court against Messrs. W. D. Rickie and Pres. Wilcox for possession of the hotel at Clear Lake so long run bythese latter gentlemen. The case was% w %up for hearing at Angola yesterdayand the outcome will be watched withinterest by Auburn people who have always found a hearty welcome at the Clear Lake resort.The jury rendered a verdict in favor of the defendants and hence there will be no change in the hotel management next summer. Messrs. Rick-' el and Wilcox were represented in this case by Judge Rose of this city and Powers Yeagley, of Angola.
