Cornell Gover nor, under the Great Seal of the State, has been recorded in the office of the Secretary of State at Albany and is recorded in the County Clerk's offices in the Counties of Cat tarauguay, Wyom Liv ingston and Monroe, w has been conveyed to the Genesee Valley Canal Railroad Company ‘‘all the ‘right, title and interest which the State of New York has in and to the jbanks and prism of the Genesee Val ley Canal betwreen the Erie Canal in’ s the city of Rochester in the County ‘of Monroe, and the village of ve in the County of Cattaraugus, Seether with all and aingular, the rights, hereditaments and appurte nances to the name belonging, reserv ing, etc. ie there follows the reservations cum med up at follows: 3 gold and other rares. 2 Any portion of the lands which may have been sold for taxes, and eee within the time Limited on, 7 The right to convey waters from reservoirs and feeders through any portion of the prism, to feed the Erie Canal. No better or more comprehensive deed was ever given.
