The committee on Elections in the State Senate, having made a report recommending that testimony be taken in Charleston by commission, on the petition to vacate the seat of Ker Boyce, for alleged corruption in the elections, and the Senate having concurred in the report, Mr. Boyce resigned his seat, and refered, the question again to the people.
