Former Frederick business owner sentenced to 17 years for $50M fraud caseBy CAMERON DODDcdoddlginewspost.comA former Frederick-based business owner convicted earlier this year of millions of dollars in bank fraud has been sentencedto 17 years in federal prison.Mark Ian Gaver, the former owner of Gaver Technologies Inc., was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Baltimore on Thursday.
