Pendleton corpsman killed in Humvee crash during exerciseBY ERIKA I. RITCHIEORANGE COUNTY REGISTERA 23-year-old corpsmanparticipating in a large-scale training exercise known as Steel Knight was killed in a vehicle crash, Camp Pendleton officials said.Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Wilson Won Lee of Lakewood died Sunday after his Humvee crashed while descending a peak, said 2nd Lt. Savannah Moyer.Lee was a medic withCombat Logistics Battalion1 of the 1st Marine Logistics Group.Moyer said the Marine Corps is investigating the crash.Lee enlisted in the Navy in February 2008 and served two combat deployments in Afghanistan.
