Doctor’s Wives Have Party for Nursing StaffThe Auxiliary to the Geauga County Medical Society (the doctors' wives) entertained the Geauga Community Hospital nursing staff at an afternoon Christmas tea party last Sunday, Dec. 11. from 2 to 5 p.m. at the residence of Mrs. Alton Behm.More than 50 members of the hospital nursing staff attended the tea. They enjoyed coffee or tea, tea sandwiches, Christmas cookies, nuts and mints. A beautiful table was set with a silver ten service at one end, a silver coffee service at the other end, and an attactive e enter-piece of pink carnations and green candles.Hostesses of the event were Mrs. Alton Behm, Mrs. David Corey, Mrs. W. C. Corey. Mrs, George Dandalides, Mrs S. Hayashi, Mrs. William Reed, Mrs. Hugh Shafer, and Mrs. H. B. Thomas. The ladies alternated at pouring, greeting at the door and serving.
