Beautiful Costumes To Mark Event At High School A school program, “The Christ mas Toy Shop,” will be presented Wednesday, Dec. 16, at the high school activity room, Buel B. Woods, principal of Leverette school, announced today. The regular program will be staged at 7:30 p. m. with a spec ial children’s matinee at 2:30 p. m. A small admission will be charged. The program opens with two frightened children, Mary and John, entering into Santa’s toy shop where they find him pack ing his bag. As each toy is put into the bag it demonstrates how it delights children on Christmas morning. The climax comes with the entrance of the Christmas Spirit. The cast includes more than 100 beautifully costumed children, as follows: Mary, Frances Tune; John, Charles Cross; Christmas Spirit, Jane Nichols; Santa Claus, Fred Turner; Jack-in-the-box, Donald Carson; Ball, Roland Wat ers; Jack Knife, Palmer Hotz; Jumping Jack, Bill Bartholomew; Horn, Eugene Rutherford; Cucko Clock, Harold Allen; Kite M Drake; Teddy Bear, Dan Allen; Tin Soldiers, Charles Cross, Bill Rouse, Edward Spencer, Ira Dan iels, Ray Hansen, Ivan Hughes, Harold Hughes, Jessie Graywick, John Swindle, and Clarence Jac (CONTINUED ON PAGE SEVEN)
