Laubcr j* was approaching the crossing from j - the north traveling .about fifteen ;J 1 miles an hour, it was a misty night t* and his wind shield was covered with ? moist and it was evident that he did,not see the gate but luckily they f were three, as they saved him from i• driving directly in front of the train. ']No one was huit and the car was. not bndlj* damaged. i']Outside of having to pay for a now gate the Doctor and family are no• worse off for their accident.
