The funeral of James Edward Dor emus was held on Monday evening, at 7 o'clock, at the home of his sis ter, Miss Sarah K. Doremus, 13 Ben ton avenue. The services were con ducted by the Rev. Forest Preston Hunter, of the First Baptist Church, in the presence of a number of the relatives and friends. The body was taken to Suffern, Tuesday on the Erie at 8:23, the interment took place in the fam ily plot in the cemetery at that place. Among those from this city who ac companied the body, this were Mrs. Bertha Doremus, Mra, Reu ben S. Doremus, Jacob Doremus, Mr. and Mrs. A. H.
