IIIGUIVUI JUUIIIPIO.Charles and Rosina Georgii of Pierce, were yesterday found guilty of, murdei in the second degree, the charge bcjtig that they had buried a newly born child of their daughter alive. The defense claimed they believed the child be dead, but the evidence of the coroner and two physicians showed that life was not extinct when the body was exhumed some hours later. The penalty permissable under the verdict is from ten years to life imprisonment
