They have staked out a section of 500 feet wide* and 1,000 feet long and have srrnned the ice of snow in preparation for the cutting of the same. The river at that place has been cleared of all rubbish and other hindrances by the* Sitz Ice company and it ha* gone to the trouble lu lceop I his location in good order and condition fur the currying on of its business.The company claims that the section that they have staked out does not interfere with the skating rink as planned by the Grand Island Park company. and that the injunction granted the plaintiffs interferes with the Tarrying on of the bustnes of the company. nnd as the company was engaged in this ciLsincss nud Iimi its ice houses built prior to the defendants’ houses for the accommodation of skaters, and as as the stretch of water in question is public, the injunction granted should b edissolved, and the company left to carry on its legitimate business.Wm.
