SHERIFF'S SALE. By virtue of a copy of decree and order of sale to me directed from the office of the clerk of the cir cuit court, of Sullivan county, Indiana,in favor of Joseph W. Wolfe and against James W. Tate, I will offer for sale by public outcry, at the door of the court house, in Sullivan, in said county, ON SATURDAY, JANUARY 15, 1876, within the legal hours of said day, the rents, issues and profits for a term not exceeding seven year, of the following described real estate, to wit.
