InIComp] aln ant.ChsBcrrjr,VIRGINIA—At a Circuit Court held for the county of Harrison, on the 3d dav of Decem- iher, 1852: -Rebecca Stout,jp_. Vfi.Jonathan J. Stout, Defendant*Thomas McIntyre, heretofore made a party defendant in this cause, on his petition filed there* in this day, has leave to annul the said petition by making the said Jonathan J. Stout, defendant thereto; which is accordingly in court now here done. And it being the object of the petitioner to have satisfaction of the debt due him from said Jonathan out of the estate of said Jonathan, (whoit appear* to the satisfaction of the court is not a i resident of this Commonwealth,) in the hands of 1the defendants Byron J- Bag-* 1 and Abner Stout: It is therefore ordered that the said Jonathan J* j Stout do appear here within one month after due publication of this order and do what is necessfcr I rr to protect Ms interest in this suit.* A copy, Teste, G.
