Despite any of our beliefs, an x should not be substituted for CHRIST . . . PLAYBOY, the ‘sophisticated (?) college magazine raised the price of its December issue to $1.25. I heartily suggest that all the Playboy enthusiasts give up the pretty girls that cover a small percentage of the paper this month, save a quarter and buy ESQUIRE’S December issue. The articles m Esqmre, besides being superior to Playboy, are interesting, stimulating and revealing. tNobody is really complaining about the ideaof girls adorning our monthly calendar but how come the last 3 came from Alpha? Rumor has it that January’s doll will be from the same Purple «fc White Sorority too . . . The highways in the North Country will not be sanded on straightaway stretches, only on curves . . .
