LEITH BROTHERSTO APPEAR TODAYLevi and Charles Leith, brothers who live at the Indian agency, will go on trial this morning charged with assault in the second degree for a beating they are alleged to have given Nelson Jones early Tuesday morning, December 6.They appeared before Judge T. F. Reed last week and were bound overuntil today. They have been held inRedwood county jail.It is alleged that Jones was so brutally handled by the Leiths that f he was in bed several days with injuries.
