Relatives of the late Charles Colson, the Moline Plow company painter who met fatal injuries in a mysterious manner the evening of Saturday, Dee. 3, and from which he died, have caJlea on State's Attorney;Scott to open an investigation. on the theory that Colson met his death by foul play. The relatives are convinced that be was notinjured by accident, and they have learned that no train pafjeed over either track for a considerable time after Colson Is supposed to have left the MueUer saloon.
