And, as he contends, aa foreman. The defendant denies that Ueiron was engaged aa foreman, and also says that there never was any agreement in reference to 2J per cent commission.Mr. Butter worth, instructed by Mr. S. J. Hull, for the plaintiff, and Mr. Borers, y.C., and Mr. Gibcon. instructed by Mr. H. G. llulb rt, for the defendant.The evidence given by the defendant was continued this morning, his witnesses denying that there had ever hoen ■ny foreman who received 21 por cent commissi n. A verdict for the defendant woa given.
