Pleasant Brick and Tile Company, a Michigan corporation,Jesse F. Striible and Blanche G.Struble,Defendants.In persuance of a decree of the circuit court for the County of Isabella made and entered * on the 31st day of July, A. D. 1924, in the f above entitled cause, I, the subscriber, a circuit court commissioner of the County of Isabella, shall sell at public auction or vendue to the highest bidder at the west front door of the court house in the City of Mt. Pleas* ant, in said County of Isabella, on the fifth day of January, A. D. 1925, at nine o'clock in the forenoon of that day, those certain lands and premises, situated and described as follows :The North half, of the South East Quarter of the South East Quarter of Section Two and all of the South West Quarter of the South East Quarter of said Section Two, Township Fourteen North, Range Four, West Michigan, f except that part of same lying we3t of right j of way of the Pere Marquette Railway company, also all fixed and moveable machinery and equipment of every kind and nature now i located on said premises described, that now are or have been used in manufacturing brick and tile.Dated this thirteenth day of November, A.
