Hospital Will be Built Near Pleasure Ridge Park—Waverly Hill Purchased. of Major T. H. Hays for $15,000, 2 cesete Taal Bue 3. ahs Wetstein, Charles Bohmer and Dr. J. T. Dodson composing the Site Com mittee of the Anti-Tuberculosis card, have purchased Waverly Hill, tract of 124 acres on the Eighteenth et road, one mile south of this lace. The property belonged to Major Thos. H. Hays, and was sold for $15,000. The deal was negotiated through the Geo. H. Fisher Co., of Louisville. Fifty acres additional were leased for two years with the option to purchase at from $87 to $100 per acre. The Roe residence of nineteen rooms be used as an adminis tration building. The work of erect ing the hospital will begin in the swing. The site is elevated and is considered an ideal location for the purpose. Major Hays will make his home in Louisville, where he has papers a residence through Geo. . Fisher Co., from Mrs. John Sanders. This is one of the hand somest houses in Louisville and is known as the Snidenberger residence.
