During the last session of Legislature through the efforts of Prof. f. H* fackson, then President of Lincoln Institute, an appropriation was secured for the erection of a Boys1 Dormitory on the campus of that Institution, it is very probable that the coming session of the Legislature will he over before this Dormitory is completed. The Dormitories at Lincoln Institute are now SO crowded that live and six girls are compelled to occupy one room, which, not only uncomfortable but unhealthy. \o account can be given for this stale of affairs other than negligence of the distinguished Hoard of Regents !v which Lincoln Institute is so honored to have. Phis will probably serve to show bow much interest they have in the welfare of that institution.
