Safe Harbor Names New PastorasSafe Harbor PresbyterianChurch in America, held their Service of Organization Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. at the church on Calhoun Ave., Destin.The Presbytery Commission with the Rev. Richard Adelman, First Presbyterian Church, Valpariso, FL. The Rev. Lee Trinkle. Covenant Presbyterian Church, Panama City, FL., Rev. Robert Wilson, Westminster Presbyterian, Fort Walton Beach, FL., Ruling Eider Bruce Shipley, First PresbyterianChurch, Valpariso; Ruling Elder Gerry Sovereign, Concord Presbyterian Church, Gulf Breeze, FL. Ruling Elder Jerry Lloyd, WestminsterPresbyterian, Fort Walton Beach, FL., and Alternate Ruling Elder Weldon Holland and Ruling Elder Charles Miller, both First Presbyterian Church, Valpariso, FL; joined in the Service of Installation and election of officers.The Rev. Robert K. Dale was installed as the pastor. Rev. Dale received his B. A. from Covenant College, Lookout Mountain, Tenn. and his MAR and M. D iv. degrees at WestminsterTheological Seminary,Philadelphia PA. He was former ly the Associate Pastor at Westminster Presbyterian Church, Fort Walton Beach and will begin Doctoral Studies in June at Reformed Theological Seminary, Jackson, Miss. His wife Sandra is also a graduate of Covenant College. They have three children, Chrissa, 6, Joanna, 3, and Micah, 1.Safe Harbor is a young church and looks forward to* helping serve the Destin Community. They are com mi ted to the Bible as the word of God, our final role of faith and practice. They are commited to the preaching of the Good News of Salvation by faith in Jesus Christ, both at home and overseas. They currently have missionaries in over 35 countries and new churches are being planted here in the U.S.The members and congregation of the church also recognized and honored the Rev.
