Mr. Rad. Fitzell, of the Goulds, died yesterday morning after an illness of lengthy duration. Some time ago he contracted a chill in his legs and ever since has been disabled and this helped to undermine his bodily strength. The deceased was a well known guide to fishermen who for years past have braved the winds and storms at the Goulds and Bay Bulls, and also was a hunter and trapper of experience. Before his death he ex pressed a desire to be interred in the C. of E. Cemetery in St. John, his wishes will be carried out. The body will be brought to the cemetery from the Goulds today.
