Guthrie, Ok., Dee. 5.—District j Judge A. H. Houston here toaay « sustained the writ of mandamus se-cured by the Alexander Drug Co., of Oklahoma City to# compel^ State Superintendent Lozier to keep the 1 state agency system in operation in all towns of a population of 2,000 or over, and to keep open headquar- \ ters at Guthrie. The court allowed the peremptory writ against Governor Haskell’s proclamation going into effect in which he declared the agency closed.
