Later hlB father moved to Colchester, where Mr. Harris attended the Bacon Academy. From there his family moved back to Salem, and a short time afterwards to East Haddam, where Mr. Harris married. Over 28 years ago he moved to Nlantic, which be ha* since made his home. Two years ago Mr. HarrlB and wife celebrated their golden wedding. He leaveB a wife and three sons to whom much sympathy is extended.The funeral wsb held st the Congregational church at 1 o'clock Thursday afternoon, Rev. E. G. Stone officiating, A large number of friends and relatives out of towu attended, aud accompanied the body to Its last resting place In Nian-tie cemetery.
