Parter lately died at his residence in said town of Calamus, that the said instrument isthe last will and testament ot said deceased, And that he, the petitioner aforesaid, is the identical person named and appointed by the fluid last will executor theieoi, and praying that a day be appointed for heariug the proofs of said last will aud testament,It is ordered, that the prools of said instrument be heard before the Judge of this Court on Monday, the fifteenth day of December, A. 1).
