NEWS TEXAN PHOTO.THE DIRT FLIES -- Work goes on at the Arlington Municipal Airport, where construction has been seriously hampered by continuous rails. The airport was scheduled for completion by Dec. 15 until even more rain again delayed work. Contract for operation of the airport by Arlington Executive Air, Inc., has been approved by the City Council and must be approved finally by the FAA, which is paying part of the cost. The contract is for 10 years, with an option to renew the agreement for another 10 years, on the executive airport. NEWS TEXAN PHOTO.' ** m \ .- ' s ■' ■• ..';
