Mrs. Ridout's Will Judge Miller today filed the opinion to the case of Richard M. Chase, Jr., and others, on Zechariah , Ridout, and others. The bill of proceedings grew out of the will of the late Mrs. Hester Ann Rid ut The will was admitted to pro bate in the Orphans’ Court on the 1#th of December. The Court sustains the bequests of the Chase H are on Mary land Avenue and the property in all more, which were left as a support of Aved and Infirm Women. The riot on Mauryland Avenue, 40 feet front, the ©urt decided did not pose to the ‘Chase Home’ and will be so'd and disribute among the heirs. All of the bequists which she designed by a paper writing called “In struction to her Executors,”’ feied, did peers Re Leirs of law and mn xt of lo.
