—The 12th Anniversary of the Philadelphia Daily Noon-Day Union Prayer Meeting was held November 23d, at 12 o'clock, in the 7th Presbyterian church, Broad above Chestnut. Rev.Herrick Jhhnson, D.D., presided, and urged theimportance of seeking blessings for the new year.Addresses were made by Rev. F. Church, Rev.B. L. Agnew, Rev. J. A. Henry, Rev. George Mingins and Geo. EL Stuart, setting forth the good that has been accomplished by the 3,756 meetings which have been held for prayer, and the .many answers to prayer in individual cases. The Daily Noon*Day Meetings are held at the Hall of the Young Men's Christian Association, 1210 Chestnut Street. Ministers, Christians and others are cordially invited to attend.
