The Stale of Indiana* ) «Jefferson (5cmm,v *Jefferson Probate Court'’-November Term, 1846Richard Voorhis Arim’r. c. vs. John Itarmon, Louiza Ifarmon and others.— On petition to sell Real Estate.COMES said Administrator by hi* counsel, and files his petition praying the sale of the real estate therein named, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court, that John Harmon, Louiza Harmon, Abner Madden, Henry Hadden, Richard Madden and William Madden are not at this time residents of the State of Indiana.It is thereupon on motion, ordered by the court that notice of the pendency of this application be given the said John H trmon, Louiza Harmon, Abner Madden, Henry Madden, Richard Madden and William Madden, by advertisement in the “Republican Banner,” a weekly newspaper, printed and published in the city of Madison, county of Jefferson, and State of Indiana, for four weeks successively, and that unless they be and personally appear here on the first day of the next term of this court, to be hol-den on the second Monday in February next, either by themselves or counsel, enter their appearance herein, and plead, answer or demur to said petition, the same will be heard and determined in their absence.By order of the Court.-—Attest--JNO.
