A retired railway mail clerk, Tattersall says he’s never been sick in his life. He was involved in three train wrecks but escaped injury in all of them. Probably the oldest Manatee County resident to take the vaccine, Tattersall says he is doing it to insure he is not a carrier of the disease. H. E. Helms, manager of the trailer park, looks on.
