Patrolman Much Speaks.Highway Patrolman A. H. Mues very generously gave his time to discuss ‘‘Safety on the Highway” at the last meeting. November 1, of the Taikio Woman's club.Mr. Mues offered concise and wellchosen rules for safe driving that, ifobserved by the average motorist,would make driving really safe. Mr. Mues is to be complimented on his ability to withstand and answer questions he invited the ladies to ask concerning traffic and driving problems. T-'-i r ‘A peculiar and unfortunate co incidence occurred.Mr. Mues informed the club members that he had to leave hurriedly to Investigate an accident that had ust occurred. Because the club’s guest, Mrs. Ray of Missoula, had not arrived, the ladle* questioned the officer about the accident. Shocked indeed were they to learif that Mrs. Ray was involved. Her injuriesproved quite serious but she is recovering. i ,Mrs. T. T. Fike and son of Superior were guests. *n Interesting paper was given by Mrs. Grace Fly on the subject Marihuana. Mrs. Herbert Bartron Senior and Junior were Teatime hostesses.
