A hearing on a petition signed by 66 voters of Dist. No. 4, Coopersiown, is being held in Judge Chloupek’s court this afte**noon. The petition asks that school clerk Frank Wanish of that district be removed from office for disobedience to the mandates os the school board. Wanish was instructed, it is claimed, to wnte to Supt. Meisnest in regard to the discharge of the assistant teacher and instead wrote thatM . 0 » L 4the board wished to have both principal and assistant teacher discharged.
