ROAD NOTICE.Notice is hereby given that a petition will he presented to the Commissioners oi‘ Coshocton County, at their next session to be held on the iirst Monday of December, A. D. 1674, praying Tor the alteration of the County Road leadings from Jaeobsport, In said County, to the Muskingum River, about three miles below the town of Coshocton, in said County, as follows: Beginning at a stone in the road at the north-west corner of the lands of George A, MeClemy, and running thence worth about bfty rods tlirough the hinds of Teresa Rice; thence in a westerly direction through the binds of said Teresa Rice. John Fortensand William Portens, and terminating in the road I near the hog pen of said William Portens; [ and for the vacation of that part of saidcounty road between the termini above described.
