WASECA WI —A prisoner who flew the coop was recaptured an hour later today, in a broader house. Dean Richardson, 20, New Richland, held as a parole vio lator, fed the Waseca County Jail about 1:20 a. m.. He made his break after locking Deputy Sheriff Merton Schwartz into t he cell block, Richardson didn't even get out of town. Sheriff Sian Bailes said footprints in fresh snow led officers to the broader house, in the southeast part of town. Ri chardson was found hiding in the building,
