D. 1868, en titled, “An Act to Regulate Incorpora tions,” under the name and style of the Sioux Falla Railroad Company, for the purpose ot constructing and operating a lim of railroad from/a point on the eastern boundary of Dakota, hrthe town of Valley Springs/ and county of Minnehaha, thence in a westerly direction through Minnehaha county to the village of Sioux Falla, thence through the counties of Min nehaha,Lincoln, Turner, Armstrong, Hutchinson and Yankton to the city of Yankton.Therefore Thia corporation which is here and herein formed and established for the purpose of constructingof rosd shall be named and__________Sioux Falls Railroad Company, and the said line of road proprosed to be built shall .. be designated as the Sioux Falls Railroad ; and the amount of capital stock of this 11 company shall bo five hundndollars, which shall be divided__________of one hundred dollars each, which shares of stock shall bo subscribed for as is provided in section ei| *'Honed Incorporation In accordance with the requirements of section eighty-seven of the incorporate act aforesaid, the incorporators herein named do hereby M establish a place of business on the line of said road.*’ which sliall be located at Sioux Falls, at the office of R.
